This course is perfect for any osteopathic practitioner who struggles with finding alignment  between living a balanced, holistic life and running a practice based on supporting to the healing of others.

This course is great for solo practitioners, subcontracted or commission based practitioners, as well as clinic owners.

As a practitioner it is crucial that you have a business that is designed to support YOU first and foremost - because without you, there is no business.

As a healer it is crucial you are compensated well for your time, your energy is well managed and you have the freedom that running your own practice is supposed to afford you.

Whether you are an up-and-coming graduate, a new grad, or a practitioner who has been working too hard for too long... this course will walk you through how to radically shift your practice so it is first and foremost in support of YOUR health and wellbeing so that you can lead by example to all those around you.

The underlying principles of this course apply to anyone in a healing modality that operates in a private practice setting. Non-osteopathic practitioners are welcome to also join as well!

With over 14 years experience in running a multi-disciplinary clinic and over 25,000 osteopathic treatments under my belt, I have learned so much from the wonderful humans I have worked with over the years.

I have learned so much about the business of osteopathy organically by running an osteopathic practice day in and day out! I have also invested heavily, both in time and financially, over the past 13 years to better understand the world of business and then refining it to align with who I am as a person and practitioner.

I bring together a unique understanding of business.

Although business can be very linear, numeric, and logical, I also believe there is a profound art to the business of being an osteopathic practitioner.

When you work in a healing space there is so much more to consider than numbers... you're offerings are based on serving others and their wellbeing which can really muddy the waters when it comes to running a business.

I believe we can consider both and bring the healing aspects and the business aspects together to create a supportive environment for all those that engage with the business,- from staff and clients to, most importantly. YOU - since there is no business without YOU!

I have had experience with different business models (rents/splits/salaries), I've hired and recruited different practitioners from varied professions and even immigrated some practitioners from other countries to work within my business!  

I am committed to personal growth and always consider what is here to expand my consciousness and have found my business has been one of my most powerful teachers on that journey!

Because of these experiences I am here to offer these teachings and lessons about running a business in alignment with who you are at your core in hopes that you find more fun, joy, health, prosperity, abundance, and freedom in the work you do so that we can become better healthcare leaders  and advocates as a community.

The foundation of this course is based on understanding the same interconnectedness we see in the body, and applying it to our understanding of business. It can bring a lot of clarity to understand how principles we work with daily are integrated into other areas of our lives where it may feel less obvious.

That being said, it is important to understand the structures, policies and checks and balances that are required in ANY business to ensure success.

This course will deal with  formal structures, implementation of policies to make your life easier and how to ensure the finances make sense for the work you are doing. We will also discuss important facets to business success such as mindset, self-care and energetic laws that often impact the success of business in less "direct" ways.

This is not just Business 101... this is business for healers. This course is specifically for people who work with energy daily in some capacity.

Some energetic concepts we will explore include mindset around money, manifesting and tapping into your intuition.

That being said, there will be a vast amount of material that will be concrete, practical and structured for implementation into a business.

You don't need to be super into the "woo-woo stuff" in order to appreciate this course, but I would recommend you at least be open-minded to the fact that there is more to business than dollars and hours.

Every association/registering organization has different CEU/continuing education credit systems.

Because this course is around the business of osteopathy some associations recognise it as an osteopathic training and you are allotted 1 credit per hour.

Other associations will classify it as a business course and only allot .5 credits.
